Responsibilities

• Lead business growth in CIS market, participate in generating growth strategy, and carry out execution
• Lead local fiat/new user growth and business development activities
• Build relationships with local projects, KOLs, communities, and other potential partners
• Explore new business ideas and strategic initiatives aligned to the road map of the company

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a business development role focusing on partnership and user growth
• Strong knowledge of CIS market
